I'm a classic yet unpretentious kind of guy, living life with an ethnic twist and personal style. I do the right thing, even when no one’s looking. I am admired and respected by my colleagues, friends, and peers. They want to spend time with me, come to me for advice, and trust me wholeheartedly with many clients referring me to their friends and family.
My devotion, patience, communication, professionalism, and 15+ years of expertise is appreciated by all. My goal as a Realtor® is to help people achieve their real estate goals, helping them move into the next chapter of their lives. I am always thinking ahead to ensure clients are satisfied now and in the future.
Through maximizing client information and control, I help clients take on the level of risk with which they’re comfortable, whether that be for buying or selling. For these reasons and others, more than 80% of my business comes from repeat clients, their referrals, and referrals from other real estate agents. They all trust me.
My experience and
...of completing over 400 transactions worth over $215 million in selling residential real estate in northern Virginia and Washington, DC show I am more than capable. As the #1 agent in the Long & Foster Fairlington Office in 2006, the #1 agent in the Long & Foster Arlington Office in 2014 and 2015, and a top 10 agent for most of my 15 years in business, my sales attest to my market knowledge and value.
My production levels have garnered me various other awards and recognitions, including by Washingtonian, Northern VirginiaMagazine, ArlingtonMagazine, and the Northern Virginia Assn. of Realtors.
My successful real estate career is built on what made me successful in my previous career in association management and promotion of U.S. exports: dedication, hard work, knowledge, and knowing how to not only get along with others, but help them move ahead using a language they understand. I live personally as I live professionally: by following some basic tenets (see below) that have served me well in life and in my 30 years as an area resident. I love my life and my profession. I take care of my immediate and extended family, work hard to have a successful marriage, and donate to groups that I believe are helping address issues that are important to him, specifically improving the lives of people in need, promoting tolerance and understanding, and minimizing human impact on the environment.
