Detail:
Most of my clients are looking for a primary residence.  Deciding on where to live in the metro D.C. area can be challenging.  Most home buyers in this area make the decision based upon what their income can buy them versus the time it will take them to commute to work.  Juxtaposed against the number of bedrooms and bathrooms they want, a short list of possibilities quickly emerges.  If you want to compare communities you're considering, try Long & Foster's Community Comparison.  If you are still without any idea, try the Community Explorer.  If you're still a little confused, ask me!  I've lived in Arlington for 10 years and was in D.C. for 10 years; added to my real estate experience, I can help you understand the tradeoffs of one location over another.

Thinking about an investment property?  A number of my clients have discussed and bought investment properties with my help.  As an investment property owner myself, I can help you think through the issues to help ensure you're making a well-informed decision.
