Summary:
As a Long & Foster relocation specialist, I had to first prove myself to be successful: (1) be a full time agent, (2) have at least 2 years experience in the business, (3) have at least 18 settled transactions within the past 2 years, and (4) earn the recommendation of my managing broker that I am service oriented. I have been through training that allows me to work with clients who are relocating here on their own, relocating here with a corporate relocation package, relocating out of the area with a corporate relocation package, or relocating here from overseas.

The Washington, D.C. area has been one of the few major metropolitan areas to see annual job growth over the past several years, which has meant a lot of people moving here. Moving is a difficult event for everyone, but I can help take some of the stress out of it whether you are moving here or leaving the area.  The relocation processes are slightly difference whether you're transferring into or transferring out of the area.
